Keep a Small Suspense Shortlist

Keep a few suspense choices with different premises instead of adding every promising thriller to one long list. Use hearts and folders as personal organisation tools; the service does not need a collaborative feature for your shortlist to be useful.

Give the group a viewing purpose

Choose a purpose you will recognise later, such as mysteries for a weekend or tense films for a single evening. Compare premises before saving. A group defined only as good films can grow without making the next decision any easier.

Preserve meaningful differences

Keep candidates that differ in setting, central problem or time commitment. Three nearly identical descriptions may not give you three useful alternatives. Read runtime and production details so a long film or a different adaptation does not enter the group by accident.

Review the list while signed in

Check your account before interpreting a heart or folder state. Public heart totals include activity from other users and are not your private shortlist. When returning on another Cineby domain, use the same account even if that domain needs a separate sign-in session.
